Dr. Neeraj Sengar is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at Graphic Era (Deemed to be) University, Dehradun, and holds a Ph.D. from the Indian Institute of Technology Delhi. His doctoral research, entitled “The Role of Innovation and Technology Transfer in Entrepreneurial Growth: A Study of Entrepreneurship Education Ecosystem”, reflects his deep engagement with innovation-led growth, entrepreneurship ecosystems, and technology commercialization.
