Dr. Nidhi Tyagi

Professor Humanities and Social Sciences

Dr. Nidhi Tyagi is a distinguished academician currently serving as a Professor in the Department of Humanities & Social Sciences at Graphic Era (Deemed to be University), Dehradun. With a rich teaching career spanning 23 years, she has developed deep expertise in Sociology and the study of Indian Society. A foundational figure in legal education, Dr.Tyagi was a founder member of the Law College at Teerthanker Mahaveer University, Moradabad, where she dedicated a decade of service. Her leadership extends to critical administrative and academic domains, having successfully represented her departments during BCI, UGC, and NAAC inspections. Dr.Tyagi is committed to scholastic excellence. She has authored numerous papers in prestigious academic journals and has presented over 25 research papers at various national and international conferences. Her career reflects a steadfast devotion to both institutional growth and the advancement of social science research.
