Professor Electronics and Communication Engineering
Dr. Peyush brings over 22 years of international experience across industry and academia. He has contributed to leading organizations such as Toshiba, Nano-Silicon, Telstra, and Sunsuper in Australia. After spending more than 15 years in the industry/academia, he earned his PhD from the Queensland Micro- and Nanotechnology Centre at Griffith University, Australia. His current research focuses on the physics and engineering of metal–oxide–SiC device structures, as well as the design, electrical characterization, and simulation of wide bandgap power semiconductor devices, including SiC and GaN technologies. Dr. Peyush has authored more than 30 research papers published in SCI and SCOPUS-indexed journals and conferences. He maintains an active collaboration with the Queensland Micro- and Nanotechnology Centre, providing students the opportunity to engage in live research projects. Selected students also have the chance to visit the research facility in Australia, either for short-term projects or to pursue higher research degrees.
