Dr Ravneet Kaur is currently employed as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Food Science and Technology at Graphic Era (Deemed to be University) in Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India. Dr Kaur’s research primarily focuses on the processing of cereals and pulses, with a particular emphasis on enhancing protein quality and developing functional foods. Her work aims to address critical issues in food processing and nutrition, contributing significantly to the advancement of food science and technology. She has published several book chapters and research articles in reputed peer-reviewed SCI/ SCOPUS journals.
