Dr. Richa Thapliyal

Assistant Professor Humanities and Social Sciences

Dr. Richa Thapliyal is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Humanities and Social Sciences at Graphic Era (Deemed to be University), Dehradun, her academic and research interests encompass Human Rights, Indian Political Thought, and the Indian Knowledge System. With rich teaching experience, Dr. Thapliyal has published several research papers and book chapters in reputed UGC CARE–listed and refereed journals, including Scopus and ESCI. She also serves as a reviewer for leading international publishers such as SAGE and Springer Nature (SN). She has been honored with the International Award for Best Educator in recognition of her contributions to academia. Dr. Thapliyal is the University Coordinator for Universal Human Values (UHV), reflecting her commitment to value-based education.
