He is a Post Doctorate from University of Usak, Usak, Turkey and Ph.D. from Chaudhary Devi Lal University, Sirsa, India. He has joined the Department of Management Stduies, Graphic Era deemed to be University as an Associate Professor in 2023. He has a vast experience in the area of teaching and research. He has worked as a faculty member for more than Eleven years and has taught finance, Banking, Insurance and Research courses to B.Com./M.Com./B.B.A/ M.B.A/ Ph.D. students. He has published several research papers in various International journals. His research interests include Sustainable Finance, Fin tech, Insurance, Risk and Banking, also published numerous research papers in the Scopus, WoS, ABDC and refereed journal. He received research excellence award from Chandigarh University in Year 2023. He organizes several conferences. He is an active reviewer of various refereed journals. Additionally, in view of his recent substantial creative contribution in the area of Sustainable Finance, he has been invited as a guest speaker in various renowned organizations in India as well as Europe. He is Guest Editorial Board member of IJEI, IJSDP, JFRM, FINTECH, IJTM&SD and Reviewer Board of Journal of Family Business Management (Emerald).
