Dr. Shweta Joshi

Assistant Professor Food Science and Technology

Dr. Shweta Joshi has excelled in the field of Foods and Nutrition. She is well versed in nutritional assessment, clinical nutrition, dietary interventions and product development. She has completed her graduation with distinction. She is a recipient of Gold medal in her masters programme (Foods and Nutrition). She has served as Publicity Incharge and Joint Logistic Coordinator and worked in the project “Educating Underprivileged” for drop out children in CHETNA (Childhood Enhancement Through Training and Action) NGO, student wing, Pantnagar, Uttarakhand. She is a active participant of various National, International conferences and seminars. She is passionate about her field and is keen to work more in the field of public nutrition and health.
