With a passion for exploring innovative solutions in the field of food technology, Bhawna’s research focuses on harnessing the potential of algae with cutting-edge 3D food printing technology to revolutionize the way food consumption that are not only visually appealing but also nutritionally dense and environmentally-friendly. Bhawna’s research findings have been published in reputable scientific journals and presented at national and international conferences, where she actively engages with fellow researchers. Beyond her academic pursuits, she is actively engaged in sharing her knowledge and inspire to explore the intersection of food technology and sustainability.
