Mr. Amir Shaikh

Associate Professor Mechanical Engineering

Mr. Amir Shaikh is currently serving as an Associate Professor in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at Graphic Era (Deemed to be University), Dehradun, where he has been associated for the past 17 years. He possesses extensive academic and professional experience, with over 43 years of teaching in the field of Mechanical Engineering. His areas of expertise include Computer Aided Engineering Graphics and Computer Aided Machine Drawing, in which he has made significant contributions to teaching and curriculum development. Mr. Shaikh has authored several research articles published in reputed SCI and Scopus indexed journals and holds multiple published patents, reflecting his active involvement in research and innovation. In addition to his academic responsibilities, he serves as the Nodal Officer for the “Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat” initiative at Graphic Era (Deemed to be University), Dehradun, contributing to national integration and institutional outreach activities.
