Gaurav Singh is an Assistant Professor with academic and research expertise in Geoinformatics, GIS, and Remote Sensing, Hydrology, Disaster management. He holds an M.Tech degree in Geoinformatics with a Gold Medal from Graphic Era (Deemed to be University). His professional experience includes teaching undergraduate and postgraduate students, conducting geospatial research, and mentoring students. He has industry experience of more than 4 years where he contributed to land use mapping, hydrological studies, cadastral mapping, and spatial data analysis. His research interests focus on land use/land cover change, climate change impact studies, hydrology using geospatial techniques, and disaster management using satellite and SAR data. He has published research papers in reputed international journals and Springer publications and actively participates in academic and research activities
