Assistant Professor Humanities and Social Sciences

Dr. Antima Chamoli is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Humanities and Social Sciences. Her area of interest is the Indian Diaspora, with a focus on migration, identity, culture, and transnational communities. She engages in research that examines the social, cultural, and economic dimensions of the Indian diaspora and its role in shaping global and national narratives. Her work contributes to a deeper understanding of issues related to migration, belonging, cultural exchange, and the experiences of Indian communities abroad. Dr. Chamoli is committed to creating an engaging and inclusive academic environment and actively encourages students to explore global perspectives through critical thinking and research-oriented learning . She continues to pursue scholarly work in the field of diaspora studies and participates in academic discussions through research, conferences, and publications.
