Ms. Sneha Pandey is an Assistant Professor of Psychology at Graphic Era (Deemed to be University), Department of Humanities & Social Sciences, Dehradun. She has professional expertise in psychometric assessment design and delivery acquired during her 2.5-year tenure as a Senior Executive at Mercer India. She is skilled in analyzing and interpreting behavioral data to inform professional development and has contributed to talent management strategies for various organizations. Additionally, as an HR Counselor at AceNgage Infoservices, she has been involved in interviewing and counseling, to understand workforce dynamics through the post-exit interviews for global corporations. She is passionate about bridging theoretical concepts with real-world application, mentoring students in areas like I/O Psychology, behavioral science, and career readiness.
