


Assistant Professor Humanities and Social Sciences
Ms. Vidhi Kapruwan is an Assistant Professor at Graphic Era (Deemed to be University), specializing in Psychology with a focus on Organizational Behavior, Green Human Resource Management (GHRM), sustainability, and employee well-being. She is currently pursuing her Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior and is a Gold Medalist in her postgraduate studies. She teaches undergraduate and postgraduate psychology courses and is actively involved in student mentoring and academic coordination. Ms. Kapruwan has completed several UGC-MMTTC–certified courses, including Environmental Studies, Environmental Issues and Disaster Management, Research and Publication Ethics, NEP 2020 Orientation and Sensitization, and Gender-Sensitive Teaching and Learning Ecosystem, demonstrating her strong commitment to academic excellence and quality higher education. She plays an active role in university governance and student development as a member of the Dean of Student Welfare team, the University SDG Cell, and the Editorial Board of the University Newsletter. She is the Founder and Coordinator of the university club ShanManah, aligned with Sustainable Development Goals 3 (Good Health and Well-being) and 5 (Gender Equality), and also serves as the Department Coordinator for the Institution’s Innovation Council. Her research contributions include multiple Scopus-indexed publications, patents, and presentations at national and international conferences. Her research interests span Green HRM, mental health, smart cities, circular economy, and sustainable workplaces. Through her academic, research, and outreach initiatives, she remains committed to promoting inclusive, ethical, and sustainability-driven organizational practices.
