Dr. Gangodkar is a recipient of IITR-Microsoft Research Grant for excellent research work
and a Fellowship from AICTE during his Ph. D. He has Industrial experience of around 6
years with a renowned German Multinational Siemens Ltd.
Prof. Gangodkar is on the board of reviewers of well-known International Journals like
IEEE Transactions on Intelligent Transportation Systems, IEEE Transaction on VLSI,
Journal of Modern Transportation -Springer, Computer methods and Programs in
Biomedicine-Elsevier and so on. He has also chaired sessions in International
Conferences/Workshops and has been Reviewer, PC member of international
conferences in Korea, Spain, Italy, China, Austria and India.
Dr. Gangodkar is associated with Graphic Era for the past 20 years in various capacities,
including Member Board of Management, Member Academic council, Dean Engineering,
Dean Academics, Dean Research and Dev., Head Dept. of CSE and so on. He is involved
in Strategic Planning, Vision Setting, Implementation and Institutional Administration. He
has also been leading the teams for accreditations like NAAC, NBA and has implemented
NEP 2020 across programs. Currently he is working as Dean International Affairs and Dean
School of Computing.
