Swaragini participated in the Accolade event under the cultural segment Tarang, where the team got a wonderful opportunity to showcase the true essence of culture and tradition. Through mesmerizing dance performances, Swaragini beautifully connected people back to their roots, highlighting India’s rich heritage and artistic diversity. The event, held at KP Nautiyal Auditorium, GEHU, was a vibrant celebration of art, rhythm, and unity, leaving a lasting impact on the audience.

Swaragini proudly participated in Grafest 2025, the grand cultural festival of Graphic Era (Deemed to be University), which brought together creativity, energy, and talent from across the campus. The dance teams of Swaragini delivered captivating performances that reflected both artistic expression and team spirit. Through their graceful choreography and synchronized moves, the members showcased cultural unity and passion for performing arts. Their participation not only entertained the audience but also strengthened Swaragini’s presence as a leading cultural society of the university.

Swaragini enthusiastically participated in the Induction Drives 2025 held at both the Deemed and Hill campuses of Graphic Era (Deemed to be University). These events aimed to introduce the new batch of students to the wide spectrum of cultural and cocurricular opportunities available at the university.
During the drives, members of Swaragini interacted with freshers, sharing the club’s journey, achievements, and values. Informative sessions, live interactions, and creative displays helped the newcomers understand the essence of the club fostering art, culture, and togetherness. The events successfully encouraged many talented students to explore their artistic sides and become part of the ever-growing Swaragini family, marking an inspiring start to the new academic year.

The Talent Fiesta 2025 was a vibrant celebration of creativity, enthusiasm, and student spirit, organized to provide a platform for newcomers to express their artistic abilities. Swaragini played a significant role in both participating and managing the event, contributing to its seamless execution.
Members of Swaragini showcased their diverse talents through soulful singing, expressive dance performances, and powerful dramatizations, captivating the audience and setting an inspiring tone for the new academic year. Beyond the stage, the team also handled key organizational responsibilities including event coordination, stage management, and audience engagement demonstrating leadership and teamwork.
The Talent Fiesta not only helped uncover new artistic talents but also strengthened the bond between the club and the student community. It reflected Swaragini’s mission of nurturing young artists and encouraging every individual to embrace their creative potential.
Following the success of the Talent Fiesta, Swaragini conducted its annual club auditions in two phases across both the Deemed and Hill campuses. The auditions were designed to discover and welcome fresh talents into the cultural society. During Phase 1 (7–8 August), students from various departments came forward to showcase their skills in dance, music, theatre, anchoring, and creative writing. The selection process was filled with excitement and energy, as each participant brought unique ideas and artistic flair to the stage.
Due to overwhelming participation and enthusiasm, Phase 2 (21–23 August) was organized to provide additional opportunities for aspiring performers. The second round further expanded the club’s talent pool, welcoming individuals passionate about cultural expression and teamwork. Through these auditions, Swaragini successfully onboarded a new generation of talented members individuals who shared the society’s commitment to creativity, discipline, and cultural unity. The process not only strengthened the club’s foundation but also infused it with fresh perspectives and enthusiasm for upcoming events.
The Membership Drive 2025 was conducted parallel to the club auditions with the goal of strengthening Swaragini’s operational and creative backbone. While the main auditions focused on performance-based talents, this drive targeted students with skills essential for managing and documenting the club’s diverse activities.
During the drive, positions were opened for videographers, photographers, content writers, graphic designers, and public relations (PR) coordinators. These roles were crucial for maintaining Swaragini’s professional presence, capturing memorable moments from events, and effectively communicating the club’s initiatives within and beyond the university. The selection process involved interactive sessions where applicants showcased their portfolios, demonstrated their creative thinking, and presented ideas to enhance the club’s outreach. The drive helped identify highly motivated individuals who were passionate about visual storytelling, design, media, and communication.
The inclusion of these members enriched Swaragini’s overall functioning creating a dynamic and well-balanced team of artists, managers, and media experts. Together, they ensured that every event was not only successfully executed but also beautifully documented and promoted. This initiative played a key role in enhancing the club’s professionalism and visibility across campuses.

Global Village 2025 was one of the most colorful and culturally diverse events of the year, celebrating international unity and cross-cultural understanding. Organized at the B.Tech Auditorium, Graphic Era (Deemed to be University), the event brought together students from various backgrounds to showcase their cultures through dance, music, attire, and cuisine.
Swaragini led the Indian representation in this global celebration, forming three creative sub-teams — Team Anandani, Team Uttarayani, and Team Incredibles. Each team represented a unique aspect of Indian culture and tradition through captivating performances, traditional costumes, and thematic storytelling.
The performances received tremendous appreciation from the audience, successfully promoting the theme of Unity in Diversity. The event allowed Swaragini to serve as a cultural bridge the connecting traditions, celebrating inclusivity, and representing India’s rich artistic spirit on a global stage. Global Village 2025 not only enhanced the club’s reputation but also instilled a deep sense of pride and cultural awareness among its members. It was a true reflection of Swaragini’s vision to bring people together through art, culture, and creativity.
Bachpan 3.0 was organized by Swaragini – The Cultural Society on the occasion of Teachers’ Day, celebrated on 5th September 2025, at LT 12, Graphic Era (Deemed to be University). The event was a heartfelt tribute to the faculty members, designed around the theme of Reliving Childhood Memories
The celebration aimed to take the teachers on a nostalgic journey back to their childhood, filled with fun, laughter, and innocence. The venue was beautifully decorated with vibrant colors, childhood-themed posters, balloons, and playful props, creating a cheerful and lively atmosphere.
The event featured a variety of engaging activities and performances including light-hearted games, skits, songs, and dance sequences all performed by members of Swaragini. Teachers participated enthusiastically, sharing smiles and laughter as they revisited their youthful days. The performances, filled with humor and warmth, reflected the affection and respect that students hold for their mentors.
Special tokens of appreciation were presented to teachers as a gesture of gratitude for their constant support and guidance. The event concluded with a musical segment dedicated to all faculty members, symbolizing the beautiful bond between teachers and students.

To promote and honor the national language of India, Swaragini actively participated in the Hindi Pakhwada 2025 celebration held on 29th September 2025 at the Prof. KP Nautiyal Auditorium, GEHU. The event aimed to encourage the use of Hindi in creative expression and highlight its cultural and literary richness.
The highlight of the celebration was the Kavyanjali segment — an evening dedicated to poetry, prose, and performances in Hindi. Members of Swaragini presented self-composed poems, dramatic monologues, and short skits that beautifully captured the essence of Indian culture, literature, and social values.
Through powerful recitations and expressive performances, the participants conveyed themes of patriotism, social harmony, and the timeless beauty of the Hindi language. The audience deeply appreciated the efforts and creativity displayed by the members, making the event both inspiring and culturally enriching.
