Dr. Rowndel Khwairakpam

Assistant Professor Agriculture

Dr. Rowndel Khwairakpam has expertise in teaching and is a researcher of 8 years in Agricultural Sciences, specializing in Crop Physiology as a former ICAR Senior Research Fellow. He has taught a diverse range of courses spanning Agri Informatics, Molecular Biology, and Protected Cultivation Systems at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels. His expertise lies in environment-controlled cultivation, with research focuses on precision agriculture, renewable energy integration, innovative commercial farming and climate-resilient production. Dr. Khwairakpam is dedicated to advancing sustainable, technology-driven farming practices to enhance resource-use efficiency and global agricultural productivity.
