The Department of Humanities & Social Sciences organized an educational visit on 29th November 2025 to Dehradun Jail with a view to provide students with practical insights into the Indian correctional system. The visit aimed to bridge the gap between classroom theories of penology and the ground realities of the criminal justice system.
