An Interactive session on POSH

The Department of Personality Development at Graphic Era (Deemed to be University), Dehradun, successfully conducted a one-day interactive session on POSH, centred on addressing workplace challenges and promoting awareness in alignment with the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition & Redressal) Act, 2013, and UGC guidelines.

The session was enriched by the presence of distinguished speakers and office bearers from Indian Society for Training and Development—Mr. Rajendra Singh (Honorary Secretary), Dr. A. C. Joshi (Director and Patron), and Mr. Anup Kumar (Chairperson)—who shared insightful perspectives, fostering meaningful discussions among participants. The event was also graced by Prof. (Dr.) Narpinder Singh, Vice Chancellor, Graphic Era (Deemed to be University). The event witnessed active engagement from attendees, reflecting a collective commitment towards building a safe, inclusive, and responsible workplace culture.
