Dr. Pallavi Singh

Professor Biotechnology

Dr. Pallavi Singh works as a Professor & Program coordinator of B.Tech. Biotechnology at Graphic Era Deemed to be University, India. With more than 18 years of Academic, Administrative and Research experience, Dr. Singh holds expertise in NEP driven curriculum development for Biotech Engineering domain, NBA accreditation and fostering students skill development by promoting innovation and capacity building education. Dr. Singh has served in key administrative roles like Head, Biotechnology; President, MHRD Institute Innovation cell, Govt. of India; NBA Coordinator; Head, Entrepreneurship development cell, during her work tenure of last 18 years. Dr. Singh specializes in Computational Biology, Bioinformatics, Medical biotechnology and oncology. Her expertise spans computational biology for genomic and proteomic analysis, bioinformatics including MD simulations and chemoinformatics, and oncology with emphasis on cancer therapeutics. She advances medical biotechnology through molecular modeling and machine learning in drug discovery. With over 80 papers in High impact journals like Scientific Reports, Frontiers in Microbiology,International Journal of Surgery, Computational Toxicology, Journal of Biomolecular Structure and Dynamics etc., Dr. Singh has published more than 40 patents and has 5 patents granted in last three years. Dr. Singh has published 4 books and many book chapters. Recently, Dr.Singh has been invited as a key speaker in many National and International conferences.
