Dr. Anuj Raturi is a multifaceted professional with extensive expertise in technology, psychology, and intellectual property. He holds a Master of Technology in Automobile Engineering (2013) and a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering (2010). He further enhanced his credentials with a Post Graduate Diploma in Environment and Sustainable Development (2016), an MA in Psychology (Counseling) (2020), a Post Graduate Diploma in Intellectual Property Rights (2021), and a Ph.D. in Solar Systems. Anuj is a registered Indian Patent Agent (IN/PA: 4266) and registered Trademarks Agent (TMA/2293), having passed exams by the Office of the Controller General of Patents, Designs & Trade Marks. His expertise includes patent and design prosecution, trademarks and geographical indications prosecution, IP policy drafting, and assignment deed drafting. He serves a diverse range of clients, including educational institutions, startups, MSMEs, and individuals. Since 2012, Anuj has been a freelance IP professional and has been involved in teaching since 2013. Currently, he is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at Graphic Era Deemed to be University, Dehradun. He also holds the role of Patent Attorney and Convener for IPR Legal & Ethical Matters at Graphic Era deemed to be University and Graphic Era Institute of Medical Sciences. Additionally, he has been a Patent & Design Facilitator under the SIPP Scheme of the Government of India since February 2023.
